All Smiles

My brother, Daniel, his beautiful wife, Tasha, and their absolutely adorable baby, William showing a few pearly whites in Zion's. (Except for William who doesn't really have any pearly whites yet.)

Emerald Pools

One of the hikes we did was the Emerald Pools. We stopped at the Middle Pool, and Grace explored a bit with her Gramma.
The water was really cold, and Grace didn't like her feet to get wet.
Precious.

Zion's National Park

My family went to Zion's over spring break. It was my first time there, and I thought it was spectacular!
Grace was pretty impressed with it all too.
We stayed in Hurricane with one of my Mom's college friends. She lives on a golf course, and this was the view from her backyard. Umm, yeah. It was gorgeous.

Middle Canyon

You probably can't tell just by looking, but I was equally as tired as Grace after we hiked up Middle Canyon in Tooele.

The Living Planet

We visited a new aquaruim in Sandy. (This picture was taken when Dan, Tasha, and William went, but it was the same aquarium.) We saw sharks, sea horses, jellyfish, all the "Finding Nemo" fish, and even touched sting rays. But the coolest thing, by far, was the octopus. It was in a tall, but narrow tank so you could see it really well. The skin reminded me of old grandma skin when it moved. It was AWESOME.

Young Love

This is Chase and Grace holding hands in the back seat of my car. Sometimes they are so adorable together. But I will say that it is a love-hate relationship. Grace definitely has her boundries, and if Chase ever tries to cross them (holding her hand when she doesn't want it to be held, putting his foot too close to her while riding in the car, trying to take her somewhere she'd rather not go), she will give him a good piece of her mind and several ear piercing NO's.

Little Miss Sunshine

There is a sliding glass door in our bedroom that goes out to the backyard. With the weather getting nicer, I love to open the shutters and let the sunshine pour in. (Not to mention it saves us money on our heating bill.)
Even Grace appreciates it. She fell asleep on our bed with the sunshine wrapped around her like a flannel blanket.
